Good afternoon,
I've been going since 5/Nov/2022 to try to make a withdrawal request at this casino. It's not even having money available in the account, it's processing an order that's been canceled for days.
I have been prevented from withdrawing the funds since I showed this interest, either due to lack of photos to prove identity (which I sent when creating the account) or due to lack of documentation related to the bank account, which has also already been uploaded to the account.
When I contact support, I talk to a person who is either not interested in helping, or is too dumb to understand my questions and I never get anywhere.
Withdrawal requests have been declined ever since and I'm still trying to figure out why.
In addition, the method used to make the first deposit has been removed from the available options for withdrawal and I have not received a response from support to know how to have this option available again.

Ando desde o passado dia 5/Nov/2022 para tentar fazer um pedido de levantamento neste casino. Nem é ter dinheiro disponível na conta, é processar o raio de um pedido que anda a dias a ser cancelado.
Tenho sido impedido de levantar os fundos desde que mostrei esse interesse, seja por falta de fotos a comprovar identidade (que enviei logo na criação da conta) ou por falta de documentação relativa à conta bancária, que também já foi carregada para a conta.
Quando contacto o suporte falo com uma pessoa que, ou não tem interesse em ajudar, ou é demasiado burra para entender as minhas questões e nunca chego a lado nenhum..
Os pedidos de levantamento teem sido recusados desde então e eu continuo a tentar perceber porquê.
Além disso o método usado para realizar o primeiro depósito foi removido das opções disponíveis para levantamento e não tenho resposta do suporte para saber como volto a ter essa opção disponível

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
