maylindabarbosaa, if you wish to receive the refunds, I would suggest that you follow the casino's instructions. A refund is not a standard withdrawal and the casino is allowed to choose the payment method, which in a case like this usually is a bank transfer. This is just basic information the casino needs in order to process a transfer.

All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void."
And I said that if you breached this term, it is the casino's free decision to refund your deposit and we cannot force them to do so, because we don't think you are entitled to any refunds when you play using a strategy like this.
