The player from the United Kingdom had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings had not been obtained up to that day. The player had confirmed that his account was fully verified and both his withdrawal requests had been processed by the casino, but he had not received the funds. Despite our attempts to get more information and extend the complaint resolution time frame, the player did not respond. Therefore, we were unable to investigate the matter further and the complaint had been rejected.

Hi


I've been playing at mystake for over 6 months account is fully verified ect.


I've received a withdrawal successfully a while back with no problems and quick payment.


But seems this is not the case now, I have had 2 withdrawals with same details excepted by the casino and was told my withdrawal should reach my bank in 24 hours and a week later nothing I also have a second withdrawal accepted by the casino and also nothing.


Mystake keep informing me there's a problem with my bank but after numerous phones call to my bank there is no problem the fact is there not sending the funds or have even tried once.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
