The player struggles to verify his casino account as the casino is requesting documents of a card which no longer exists. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I've provided my driving licence, online photo verification, sent 2 bank statements, picture of visa debit card front and bank that I make the most deposits with. Now they are asking for a card I no longer have as was issued with a new one by the bank. I hardly ever used this account to deposit money seems like they just don't want to pay out.
