hola buenas tardes, mi problema con Mystake es el siguiente, ellos ofrecian un bono que decia algo de poner entre 3600 a 90000 ars y que te volvian hasta un 100% si jugaba en minijuegos o algo asi, tengo capturas del bono el cual aposte, en cuestion no me dejaba jugar a los minijuegos, me comunico con el sporte y me dicen que yo supuestamente habia activado un bono de apuestas deportivas cuando no es asi. Y ahora no me aparece el soprte para poder darme de baja en los bonos para retirar mi dinero. muchas gracais

Miren yo pensaba que se habia solucionado todo el tema pero al final no, resulta que yo habia entrado al casino por mi telefono y yo puse retirar y puse el monto y resulta que me dejo pero luego veo que no me llega el dinero entro a chequear que es lo que sucede y el retiro me lo denegaron, lo vuelvo a intentar pero esta vez desde la computadora pensando que desde el celular no se podia, lo hago en la compu y bueno sucede lo mismo me deja poner el monton poner retirar y me puso exito, yo pensando que ya estaba pero no vuelve a pasar lo mismo, me denegan el retiro de mi plata, cuestion a todo esto yo le habia respondido a ustedes pensando que ya se habia solucionando todo pero no, en fin recien me fijo si esta el soporte y me aparece le pregunto porque no se puede sacar la plata me dicen que tengo que aposta 2mil y pico para poder retirarlo cuando yo ya habia cancelado todos mis bonos yo tranquilamente puedo sacar la plata pero no me dejan.
