Then at 01:05 video time when the ball lands on its destination its profit was already predicted before resulting in my balance 36.30 USD

The change is very fast, you have to take the time to pause the video and be able to see the result.

Support claims that his system is random, but my question is if it is random how does it know what I am going to win or lose before the ball reaches the destination.

Based on the screenshots and the video it simply seems that once the ball is dropped it is already a winning or losing bet and the fall you see is simply for fun and visualization just like when the slots are spinning but once you click the bet the outcome is decided.

Entre ganancias y perdidas creo que no. Pero por ej mi hermano a perdido mucho en este juego y molesta saber que lo aleatorio no esta en lo visual en la absoluto y que no lo reconoscan.

Acá dejo los mail que intercambie con soporte ya que desde chat en vivo me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada, es mas me amenazaron con bloquearme del chat si seguía insistiendo.

Tengo un video de hace chat tambien si es necesario.

Básicamente ellos dicen que no ven nada malo pero nunca reconocen lo que les planteo.
