I have verified all my documents with mystake, I have a verified account, I have tried withdrawing my money 3 times now via bank transfer and denied everytime! They emailed me asking for ‘Card Verification’ and now they said it is verified after sending them multiple photos of my card. I’m wondering if they are going to prolong it even more is there any advice for this casino please as it’s been a few days now and still not received owed money. Thanks

I haven’t made any withdrawals with Mystake before this is my first time.

I have no bonuses ongoing nor have ever used a bonus.

They said my card has been verified but I am still waiting to hear anything from them, the withdrawal on the transaction section says ‘Pending’

the casino everytime I ask them about the withdrawal just says ‘please be patient can take up to 3 days’ - but this is what they are saying everyday I just feel like they are prolonging the process and I have put significant amounts of money into the casino it seems they are ok to take money from you but not return it when you win some.

disappointing as I was enjoying the casino and seems impossible to speak to anybody as live chat does not work.
