The player has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I have made a deposit of €20 and they have taken it from my bank account, but it does not appear in the casino balance. The 3 hours that they say it usually takes to appear have already passed, and they haven't told me how long it can take. I hope it gets resolved.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
