Hello, I deposited € 30 at this casino through Neosurf. That was about half an hour ago. The money is not being deposited into my account. The support, absolutely demotivated and, in my opinion, extremely incompetent, constantly put me off. Sometimes they write, I should wait a few minutes, then they say it can take up to 3 hours. I also pay in other OC via Neosurf because the money is credited immediately. In 3 hours I don't feel like playing anymore! I don't feel like using any money there anymore. That was my first deposit that I have never seen new customers scare off like that. That will also have been my last deposit there, I would like to have my money back and have myself deleted there!

Ich zahle in anderen OC auch per Neosurf ein da wird das Geld sofort gutgeschrieben. In 3h habe ich gar keine Lust mehr zu spielen! Ich habe gar keine Lust mehr dort überhaupt Geld einzusetzen das war meine erste Einzahlung dass man Neukunden so abschreckt habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das wird auch meine letzte Einzahlung dort gewesen sein am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld wieder und würde mich da löschen lassen!

They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
However, before you do that I would recommend you waiting for at least 1 whole day.

Hello everyone, the case can be closed, the money was in my player account after 2 hours. I will distance myself from this casino anyway. I have already closed my account as this negative experience is completely sufficient to let the Finngers off. Thanks for your support 💜
Hallo allerseits, der Fall kann geschloßen werden das Geld war nach 2 Stunden auf meinem Spielerkonto. Werde mich trotzdem von diesem Casino distanzieren habe bereits mein konto schließen lassen da diese negative Erfahrung völlig ausreichend ist, um die Finnger davon zu lassen.
