Made a mystake account on 4th April 2022, deposited £750 and placed some football bets for games the next day. These bets won +£861, then placed some more bets on the 5th for games on the 6th, some of these won and some lost, resulting in overall profit of £102. The next day I tried to place some more bets but they were all rejected no matter how small the stake, a few hours later I tried to log in and got the error message "user blocked" I went on live chat and was told my account was under investigation, which could last 6 months and I cannot access my account or the funds. I asked what they would like to know, I'm happy to answer any questions but they refused. I sent in photos of my debit card and was told account is fully verified. I'm happy to send proof of address etc but would like to know what is going on.
