Heres the thing I've been playing in this lvking casino for 2 weeks now. And they have a promo each 1k myr deposited they will give rm60 for free. But one day max cap is rm180 which means rm3k deposit and need to have at least one turn rolling in order to cash out.

I've been winning and cashing out daily until today.... They said that I'm doing something "adnormal" yes they really said "adnormal" and decided not to give me the 1k free rm60 promo anymore.


Then I was like what is wrong with that? Cause I'm winning? So If I'm losing I only entitled for the 1k free rm60 bonus? But they are still being unreasonable and unfairly not giving me the promo anymore cause I've been doing it daily and still winning.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege of receiving further bonuses. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.  

If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

It's okay it doesn't matter I just wanna share all my info to everyone that they are doing this.

I found another website which gives 5%bonus with x1 turnover. Unlimited. No daily 3k fixed. I'm not returning to lvking anymore that's it.
