The player from Ohio has requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, the winnings were played down before we could intervene. Therefore we were forced to reject the complaint as unjustified.

well Yet again I come to you for asssitance with another slime ball corrupt crooked scamming casino… MyBcasino. So sept 26 I won 1000 dollars and tried to withdrawal they told me I had to produce verification documents. I sent them atleast 6 times to the email addresses provided even though I had previously done this a few months back and they claimed I didn’t which was a total lie but whatever so I submit the documents and after 2 days I called the casino to make sure they were received I was told they weren’t. So I stayed on the phone with the employee and sent them again he told me to check back later in the day to make sure they were recieved . I called later that evening and was told they were in fact received and everything was good I even got emails confirming . So they keep on stalling and delaying my withdrawal using their predatory tactics to try and bait me into playing with my winnings … finally the 4th day I break and give in and start playing … wouldn’t you know it the literal second my balance goes below my withdrawal amount I receive a text saying my request was declined due to lack of funds that I requested … and of course I end up losing the full 1000 within literally an hour and end up with nothing because they obviously had it set for me to lose every game I played so they could steal it back typical… so yesterday I won 450. I tried to cash it out and again more stalling and delays them thinking they could get me twice. So I continue to inquire about my withdrawal as the day goes on …. Then 17 hours after I make the request I get a text stating that my documents had been received and approved and my file was now updated … mind you this is over 10 days from the date I submitted them and was told they were already approved and mind you that the first deposit of 1000 would have never went thru with out those documents already being accepted and added to my file so basically they just wasted 17 more hours of stalling and predatory tactics and now are just starting the clock on their 24/48 "review" after they just totally lied to buy themselves 17 more hours of holding me out trying to lure me into spending my winnings once again and when I asked them to explain how it is saying they just received my documents and updated my file ten days after I submitted them when they claim it takes 24 hours to approve documents I’m told "no idea" I have all the transcripts and all the screen shots and emails showing the games and lies they’re playing to intentionally delay my withdrawal hoping I bite the bait and play my winnings again so they can do it to me all over again . This is unacceptable unethical unfair and predatory and they need to be stopped before they do this to me or anyone else again. Total scam site total rude and snobby customer service and totally a site that everyone needs to be informed about and stay far far away before they screw you too… I should have 1450 dollars in my pocket from this casino and they already managed to rip me off 1000 of it and are doing everything they’re able to get the rest . Please help me asap before it’s Too late

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Accumulated the winnings without a bonus and yes I have made withdrawals in the past but these liars claimed I never had and that I never submitted the kyc documents which is a total lie and in fact I’ve withdrawn from both mybcasino and they’re partner site mybookie and withdrawn from both sites in the past they were just making excuses and stalling as a predatory tactic to not pay me and to try and lure me into reversing the trnsaction so they could steal it all back .. which I’m certain they likely attempt with most if not all players who actually win anything on their extremely tight and rigged games theyre rude and cheap snd corrupt

Sometimes documents take time to review and if a player goes below their balance requested, then the payout is canceled. In this particular case, the player was able to get his second withdrawal without issues and the system recognized documents had previously been reviewed and approved, the Payout went out without issue.

I want the 1000 they f***ed me out of with their lies and extended reviews of documents they claimed I never had sent in prior as they intentionally stalled me out so that I reversed the withdrawal and then tightened the games to steal it all back like the predators and. Scammers they are

That’s cuz you people took forever … they lied and said I didn’t submit documents then they lied and said they had been accepted when in reality they were never even looked at or updated then after I reversed the withdrawal literally within 10 seconds all of a sudden my documents were then found and approved and of course I couldn’t win a single game and lost 1000 within 20 mins and these scum bags planned it out like that all along and then they closed my account when they found out I submitted a complaint . They’re corrupt and crooked and slime balls and they need to be held accountable for what they did they lying pricks
