I've already cashed out once before with them 2 weeks ago and it was done within 12 hours no problems. This time though, it's been over 3 days and I only am now told that I need to verify my identity. I have completed the required verification but noone has reviewed it. That was done almost 14 hours now. I can't anywhere with live chat staff either. I just want my winnings paid to me fairly it's not like it's thousands of dollars either it's literally 150 bucks. Pretty poor service of this is the turn around for withdraws especially in crypto.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
