Hello dear Guru, the reason why I contacted you is that I made a deposit to Mr Pacho casino on 12.12.2023, the money was withdrawn from my bank account, but the casino was not deposited into my account. I contacted the casino many times, at first they did not pay much attention, then they started to answer, but most of the answers are just trying to get it out of their minds, actually the amount of money is small but I do not like the attitude of the casino, for this reason I decided to contact you. The casino says that my money was sent back, but this is not true. Even though I prove this, they still tell me the same tables and they told me to contact you through the deposit method used by this casino, but this is not possible to contact with the method they use. There is no information about this, and I don't think it's my responsibility. After all, it's my money, I'm the victim.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Did you contact your bank in order to locate the missing funds? Did you forward the payment confirmation from your bank to the casino as proof that you really paid in?
