Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I've been verified since exactly how long I don't know, but it's been since May-June I'd guess. From the beginning it was bonus money. They were just as slow to pay out the first time I tried to do it and I then asked to get the money back to the game account on 7/29 (clean money, no bonus money) and then the same day I requested another withdrawal when I won a little.
I was in contact with them again yesterday and the only thing they say is that they apologize that it takes time and will send a reminder. They do not answer why it takes such a long time and why the payment time is significantly longer than what they claim it is with them. They reject my questions and I seem to get nowhere.
