The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 2 months. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.
I am awaiting a withdrawal from Mr Sloty Casino which was made on the 29th of May 2022.
I've contacted online support numerous times and I've also sent emails to support and the response is always an apology and a promise that they will send a reminder to the responsible department. My deposit was made via pix on May 28th and I submitted all requested documents and my account was verified.
I had a lot of patience, but now I would like a solution.

I made the cash deposit, in the amount of R$1,000.00, through bank transfer (PIX).
I didn't receive any bonus and I got a real money win, then I made the withdrawal request on May 29th, right after I made the withdrawal request, I was asked for the documents for account verification and the next day I received the information that the account was verified.
The last time I spoke to support was July 18th.
