The player from UK requested a withdrawal in February, but it hasn't been processed yet. Casino didn't respond.
I requested a withdrawal on the 25th February 2022 and was told it would up to 21 days. I have emailed and done the live chat but I am still waiting for my withdrawal. I tried to telephone them but the number on the support page isn’t for them and goes to a different company. I just keep being told to wait but I think I think I maybe being scammed. I have checked online and they don’t have a good reputation for paying out. I have asked several times on email and live chat what the issue is and keep being to wait. It’s been over 21 days and still no withdrawal

this was my first withdrawal and I was playing with a a bonus, however I originally won £7000 and asked the live chat how much I need to play off before I could withdraw and was told £76, so I played this off then requested the withdrawal for £5000 and carried on playing with the £2000

We would like to ask the Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
