The player from Canada has been waiting for her winnings since December. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy”.
I made my withdrawl on dec12/21 and was told it could take up to 21 days I have not heard from them and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone that can tell me what’s going on when I do email they tell me to be patient I will get my withdrawl but they are an outside company they don’t have access to the management team or the department that handles the withdrawls

I understand, this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
