The player from Finland has been trying to withdraw his winnings since the beginning of November. The complaint was successfully resolved.
I have made a withdrawal request on 6.11.2021. The casino page rules for the withdrawal time are 24-48h. The casino also markets 24-48h, "fast payouts", etc. After the withdrawal, the casino announced a processing time of 7-21days. When it filled the casino I inquired about withdrawing "pending" space, there was a response of 7-21days and only "bisnesdays" counted and a new deadline of 6.12.2021. Now I have not received a reply to my emails to the casino. The chat is equivalent to "be patient", "apologies for the delay", etc. Even after the withdrawal request, I have made numerous deposits, with bad luck .... relying on customer service messages about the integrity of the casino. I have followed the rules. 1. Deposits before withdrawal above the limit of € 200. 2. Bet when playing with a bonus <5 €, the roll-over 50x is filled. The casino accepted the withdrawal. Note. I tried to load documents / Screenshot, failed. Can I email. Can we have an email discussion before the complaint is published. The deadline announced by the casino expires today.
