I deposited $30 got it up to $190. Tried to withdraw & got rejected then told via msg/chat that I had cheated? All my bets were apparently illegal & dodgy.


I was highly offended! I do not have multiple accounts not would I even know how to cheat on a pokie machine online or in person!.


I started using bad language as I was extremely upset! They then returned my $30 after basically making me forfeit my winnings to which I then lost 😞


I am a single mother & can't ever afford to deposit much! So when I actually won I was very excited just for a guy wrenching feeling to follow, being told all my bets were off!?.


I don't understand why this happened.


I have screenshoted the entire conversation & transaction history.




I was extremely upset about the loss & I don't think that online casino should be in action after the way I was treated & basically ripped off..
