I have deposited 1900₹ on Mr Bit casino and the transaction was successful from my end but the money didn't go through credit my casino account ,they are delaying my deposit and not crediting it to my casino account for no reason and harassing me knowingly,i keep coming back to them asking for my deposit everytime they say is their financial department are checking even after i produce my transaction proof.This has happen several times with me on this casino .they even delayed my first withdrawal request eventually i lose all my winning on that day because of the delayed.There chat support response well but they intentionally delayed the deposit and withdrawal of the player money.please report them for them delaying and time consuming.i had deposited through my Paytm wallet UPI .

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino? Please forward your payment receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru.
