The player's account got closed and balance voided for using a 3rd party payment. The complaint was rejected as the player breached the casino terms.
I deposited using a different account and was then informed that this is prohibited. I said I didn't know and I was sorry and it won't happen again. In the chat it was said that you need a screenshot of the deposit and then I would get my winnings if it doesn't happen again. When I sent the document, my account was blocked and the money was withheld. I then asked in the chat why this happened and the answer I got was because it is forbidden. The problem is I had already received a payout of 500 euros even though I had deposited in the same way. That's why I didn't understand why 500 euros were ok and at 2200 euros you realize that it's forbidden. I also asked this in chat but didn't get a proper answer.
Hello Christian,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Mr Bet Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise if you have any evidence where the casino would agree to verify your friend's deposit? I've checked all the screenshots provided but it's not among them. How much did you deposit in total to your casino account? Was you already verified when you received the 500€?
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Nick
Hello Christian,
Unfortunately if there is no evidence that the casino said it was all right to verify a 3rd party deposit are hands are basically tied. As it is strictly against the rules to use someone else's deposit method, the casino had every right to void the winnings and only to return the deposit. As the first withdrawal did not require verification, the casino could not know that it is not your own payment. As mentioned above, if there is no proof that the casino was willing to verify it, we can do nothing.
