The player's account got blocked for having multiple accounts. We ended up rejecting the complaint because the player was indeed using two accounts.
I was going to enter my account and it appears that they blocked it for having 2 accounts and it is if I have two accounts, one old and one new because I had forgotten the password but then I remembered it and started using it and before they blocked me, I had 2 pending withdrawals, the first of 400,000 and the second of 250,000 Chilean pesos, what will happen to that? Could you please specify which account was active for how long time, how much did you exactly deposit on both of them and if you have used a bonus on any of the 2 accounts?
Did you contact the casino and asked them before you created a second account?
Please note that if the casino did not give you a permission to create a second account, they had every right to void any of your balance as it is a breach of their terms and conditions.

They most likely closed your account only now because the casino has no information regarding the player until you begin the verification process. Until then they couldn't match your account to your old one. Unfortunately having multiple accounts without the prior permission of the casino is strictly prohibited. The most common scenario in this case is that the casino should return your last deposit which you made on your second account, but the winnings are mostly voided. Could you please advise how much was your last deposit there? Did the casino let you know anything regarding the withdrawal requests or a refund?

The casino realizes that you have multiple account only when you try to verify your identity as it is when you submit your documents. Until then they do not really check the accounts that's why they closed your account only now.
Unfortunately the standard procedure is to refund the last deposit of the player and the rest is up the casino whether they refund all of your deposits or not as you breached their terms.
As based on your last post you received back your deposit, I would like to ask if there is anything else we can assist you with. If not, we will be forced to reject the complaint.

The casino has no way to know about your secondary account until you try to verify it, which usually happens during the withdrawal process and that's why you can deposit freely.
Please also check the casino's term:
"9.5. If, in our sole determination, we have evidence that an account, or group of accounts, are being operated systematically (for example, wagering as a group), or multiple accounts have been opened in order to receive bonuses or other promotional offers, or an account has been opened, has been funded (directly or indirectly) or is being operated by a third party, or any other prohibited activity as defined above has taken place, we have the right to block or terminate all accounts and shall be under no obligation to payout any funds that may be in the account(s), or refund any deposits made on the account."
Based on that, it is not even mandatory for the casino to refund any of your deposits. However we believe that it all depends on the circumstances of creating multiple accounts and if you did not gain any benefit from having 2 accounts (like claiming multiple bonuses or wanted to cheat the casino in any way), the casino should act reasonably.

If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all betting accounts you try to open will be blocked or closed and any bets or winnings from your closed or blocked account will be voided for at the discretion of the casino administration.

We find the way of using multiple account for gaining winnings fraduantly profitable, despite the fact user did not use bonuses on the account that was blocked for violation of our terms and conditions.
As mentioned before one account remained open as an exception and the last deposit of the user was compensated. User won from this compensated deposit and withdrew his winningsright after compensation. User continue to play on the opened account.
From our perspective we concider this case as resolved.
Despite violation of our rules user got another chance to remain his deposit and continue playing on our site.
If there is another possible way to regulate this issue, concidering the fact that our rules and conditions were violated, please let us know.

We discussed the complaint internally and came to the following decision: When it comes to complaints where players are accused of multiple accounts, we are convinced that such cases should be judged individually and we always try to look at the overall fairness of the situation. Most casinos just block the player's accounts without further investigation and confiscate the balance as soon as they find a match. In this case, you have been using two accounts which is against the rules. The casino still lets you use one of the accounts and gave you your last deposit back, which considering the circumstances, we find fair. The situation would be different if you informed the casino that you forgot (and remembered) your password right away before playing. I'm afraid I can't help you with this one. Your complaint will be rejected. I wish I could be of more help.
