one of my friend said about Mr.bet casino then I create a account and also request to casino that please verify my identity using verification process before depositing fund in my account from my deposit method in their customer support team then I was provided my whole verification document along with selfie as per their verification process and also get confirmation mail for verified as user then I put 8500 INR using Binance Cryptocurrency account which was mine wallet then I played with 8500 inr and bonus received from site 10000 and done my all wagering and earn 17199 INR in my wallet then I asked casino support team about withdrawal process they said I can use any withdrawal method for this Winning from my casino wallet to any payment method,then I create withdrawal request for 17199 with my own verified Nettler account with same email id as per casino record and regularly checking withdrawal status but today my account was blocked stating that Para 9.1.2 of their rule was voilited from my side while I don’t used previously any account with them with my email id and neither I used my driving licence or other id for verification in their site to play casino ,even neither I played any casino before. But they blocked my account as well my deposited money 8500 and after wagering and wagering bonus total my real money from wallet 17199 was captured from Mr.bet Casino so please look into this issue as women’s this financial crises very bad for me.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the General T&Cs and I found this:

9.1.2. Only one account is allowed per person. Winnings may not be collected on accounts opened under false names or on multiple accounts opened by the same person;


Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. 

  • Is there any chance that someone from your household or using the same IP address has also created an account at this casino?
  • Could you please clarify which games you focused on - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
  • When did you create your casino account and when was it verified?
