I had made 5 withdrawals to bank account number 0045572791 on 11.06.24. but I had received only 4 of them to my bank account. One request amounting Rs.50000/- is still pending. When contacted support,they have stated that they had already sent funds through UTR:BT11124569325452. But I haven't received. I had shared bank account statement and official email from bank stating that no funds are received with the utr. However the support team of mostbet is still insisting for letter from bank which is not possible as I reside 800kms away from bank branch.


I had sent multiple emails to mostbet on this issue but they are not responding.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
