This clearly shows its just FRAUD CASINO. They dont give any bonuses and fool Players after getting Deposit. I'm sure they don't execute withdrawals also on any accounts.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do I understand it correctly that the casino did not add the bonus to your account? Was it a registration bonus or you had to claim it within your casino account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi Nick,


Its kind of registration bonus but could be availed only if I make my First deposit within 7 days of registration, to get 100% deposit bonus plus 250 spins to be allocated in the multiples of 50 per day over a period of 5 days.


I registered my account on 13th November 2023 & deposited 1000INR on 15th. I checked immediately with chat team after my deposit but the entire chat support team kept giving me copy paste of above conditions for 3 consecutive days asking me to wait for 72 hours..... stating that this bonus will be automatically credited anytime within 72 hours which was just a vague response.


No casino on the world takes this long to credit any deposit bonus rather it's always instant.


As they didn't resolve even after 72 hours, I complain to Trustpilot where they responded after another 5 days that they will investigate & and it's now end of the 16th day today but so far NO RESOLUTION.


This was Kind of WORST EVER CASINO EXPERIENCE, I've ever had with any casino in the world in my gameplay of last 10 years....


Horrendous....!!!!


God knows how the hell this Casino is Operating last 14 years....!!!


They send so many promotions on emails but what's use when it's only intended to defraud to take only deposit from players. Why will player DEPOSIT EVER for such WORST EXPERIENCE....??????

The Compensation of 5 freebets of Aviator slot was worthless for harassment I had gone through last 20 days ....day in day out.... repeating my COMPLAINT on several forums and ro Irresponsible Chat team of your Casino who were unwilling to resolve issue.


So, I need this to be compensated with INR 20000 credit for delay of resolution by 20 days.

Such issues may occur in any casino and you can't just made up an amount as compensation. As your bonus you were supposed to get was credited, we will be considering the issues as resolved.
