this is my second complaint about this casino you did not replay since a week.

i deposited here total of 100€ ideposits .i won total 900€ and try to cash out ,banc wire was not working i contacted chat she told me to use a crypto wallet and it would be withdrawn in minutes so i did taht.after 24 hours i get an email to verify myself all that bs for 100€ deposit .i sent the documents in and they canceld my withdrawal so made a new one and got a pup up no permission to withdraw .since this was already for 3 days going on i played my balance away .the casino is oprated by criminals no way a honest casino would verify you for a 100€ deposit with out a license .this verification rule is invented for the casinos to scam players and nothing else .every bogus casino oppose this rule on players .i bet if i lost 10000 they would never ask for vrrifications.i want my balance goo€refunded i won it fairlybecause the casino purposly delayed the withdrawal and blovked me from a new withdrawal to play it away.another criminal casino preying on problem gamblers .operated by vulters hiding somewhere were no one can catch them .i am sick and tiered of this online schrme i wich i never played online .you cant win and if you win they try to stop you to cash it out .lowhumans criminals of the first grade .no dignity no shame no proud .they sell them mothers gor the money .i bet they all jews grabbing fred money and treat us like idiots.there should be a rule for the player to verify the casino where he want to play and not vounterwise.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that the verification process may take up to 14 days after sending in all the requested documents and the casino is not responsible if you did lose your balance due the process.

Do I understand it correctly that you have zero balance now on your casino account?

hi Nick,this verification rule is pure bs .it is invented for no reason.the greatest money launderers and terrorists are the people responsible for this rule.it is a shame the casinos benefit from this .i dont think if some one deposit and play could be sudpected for money laundering and hassel him with verification bullshit .as problemgamblers you will alwsys lose your money if the casino just delay the proces purposly.how hard can it be to just chevk the documents for 20 minutes .why 14 days .in 2023 everything is digital .the casino take your deposits in seconds with out we have the right to verify the casino.it is all bs and you know this .if the casino want to verify then at do it at big amounts.i have no balance in my acount thanks to criminal casino to delay the payment.and how is it possible to even ask verification documents if i use crypto cashout?i had many casino who payed my first wins with out any verification with or with out license .this casino has no license and is operating illegaly in my country so what is the reason to verify me or is because they want to see your whole banc transactions and what you worth .they lied to me .dupport told me it would be transferf in minutes .and should they not just immidiatly ask for documents snd not wait 24 hours .blocking my money .at least if yhey want to verify just block the balance so player cant play and trust me no casino will ask for documents then.it is a scam rule nothing else .i the casino suspect inregular play or bonus abuse the are very fast to block the balance hypocrites.i never got a replay about the documents .they closed my acount and never replayed to emails .this tells about the casino they are scammers.nothing else .they find me rude yeh lets see how rude they can be if a player steals from them 900€.

Hello sardapoor1963,

The waiting period for verification is not set by anyone, it is a recommended time frame nothing else. You can't expect that you are the only one contacting the casino so they will reply you within a few minutes. They get hundreds of request daily or even more and they have to process all of them which takes time.

Also there are many casino which does not require verification when requesting for a lower amount of withdrawal but it is entirely their decision to do so, as it's their policy.

You registered here, agreed to their terms so you have to act by them not to compare it with different casinos as every one of them has different rules.

Now as your account is closed, I'm sure that the casino will allow you to withdraw your remaining balance as soon as you finish the verification process.

hi Nick,this complaint is about by purpose delaying the cashout .i have no balance in my acount since i have played it away .the casino cancelled my withdrawal and blocked me from requesting a new one when i sent in the documents.they should have blocked my balance instead my withdrawal .the casino is responsible for playing my balance away .they dont have a license so i dont understand for whom they are doing verifications or is solely to abuse this rule to frustrate the players.i want the casino to compensate my losses .

Hello sardapoor1963,

As you have played away your balance and closed your account, I do not see any reason the casino should refund anything to you. The verification process takes up to 14 days as already mentioned multiple times and the casino is never responsible for your action even if it would take longer.

The complaint will be now closed as the request is unjustified.
