hello, just tried multiple times withdraw the money on MOI Casino but verify process was rejected over en over again. They rejected my utility bill because my full name was not showing but only the first letter of my surname and my full last name as they don’t put the whole name on letters and bills. They keep rejected the money withdraw and the verification and nobody helped out. Now I’ve played it all and after that happend I got a message that the documents are good to go.. if it is now ok it should be ok 3 days ago. I think it is fraud and I just want a solution. They should just give me my money back and I will never ever use this casino anymore. Can you help out?

Could you please advise how long did it take to verify your account? Did you accumulate your winnings with bonus or real money? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please understand it that once you lose your money you can't just request a refund without any reason.

I had contact 2 January last time and there was no update or solvation. Yesterday I received an e-mail that it did not work out to whithdraw again due to the documents. After I lost it all they just verified the account within seconds.. if the documents where approved now than it should be not rejected 3 days in a row. I was playing with real money. I want my deposits back.
