The player's account got blocked during the verification process. The complaint was resolved as the player's deposit was refunded to her.
I was a new user to Miraxcasino. I supplied all my general profile details. I deposited $25 with my credit card. Payment was deducted from my bank account. I was then logged out of the casino website. All attempts to log back in, I received notification errors that my account was disabled. Customer service support did not offer any help other than advise me to upload KYC documents and kept emailing me the same scripted reply. My account was disabled, immediately upon my very first deposit.
I attached proof of deposit and notification error, and they proceeded to reply with the same response. There is no one to assist with me. I have never had an account with Mirax before. This was my first time. They are asking me to upload documents so they can refund me, but my account is disabled. I’m spinning in circles. Please help!

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that the verification process may take up to 14 days after sending in all the requested documents and the casino can block your access until the process is done. Be sure to forward all the requested documents as soon as possible in order to unblock your account.

the issue is there I wasn’t even in the middle of the verification process.
I signed up - I entered my details - deposited $25 - account disabled.
I have not provided any documents, I could not provide documents if I wanted to as the account was disabled. I could not access it.
I have played at a couple casinos online and accounts have never been disabled due to lack of documentation, I was simply wanting to play $25, I wasn’t requesting to withdrawal. My account was 10 mins old.
Since this post, Mirax has reached out requesting my details to provide a refund but they have disappeared again and I have not received a refund.

It was blocked on the same day of sign up. I cannot recall the date now, it was the day before I initiated this thread.
I can confirm they have refunded me the $25 directly. So this case can be closed, however I would not recommend this place, so much hassle.
