The player from Quebec had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Regrettably, she hadn't received her winnings yet. We had advised her that it was common for withdrawals to take some time to process, possibly due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. We had suggested she wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We attempted to follow up with the player, but she did not respond to our messages. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and the complaint was rejected.

U did a withdraw of 25000 doge coin . I have received yet. I have contacted at 7 or more times they say they need to see if I was honestly playing I don’t k is what that means and don’t why it would take this long to figure that out. I have received withdraws from them before no problems ever and had to wait a little bit of time maybe till the next morning but never have I ever had to wait this long and their customer service is rude. They don’t give me a timeline they don’t give me any information. I feel like I’m talking to a flipping robot and it’s just unreal and I don’t understand why I’m even having to go through this I’m really really getting upset.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
