This casino owes me 800 I won this fair and Square they said they couldn't withdraw me the money as 3 times there has been a technical issue kept telling me to try again in anger I said close my account as you obviously won't send me the money and within seconds they blocked my account I hadn't even had chance to email customer care they have a right to give you your winnings that's what a casino does

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi my account is fully verified I didn't have a mastercard so they said they could only withdraw to mastercard so I made a skrill online mastercard which they asked me to do, I won the money with my deposit amount, I withdraw the money Friday 9th on the 36th hour it declined they asked me to put new withdraw request on Saturday 10th on the 36th hour it declined again i was asked to withdraw again on tuesday 13th on the 36th hour yet again it declined again i spoke to online chat they said technical issues again and to try again to withdraw, the casino take 36 hours to sort withdraw and seems very strange on the 36th hour it gets declined everytime. They haven't helped me they said get a new mastercard but there's nothing wrong with the one I have I can have payments through it normally. I spoke with then yesterday and told them to unblock my account and they unblocked it now however the withdrawal is pending still and no doubt on the 36th hour later tonight it will decline again, I have no idea if they are actually trying to pay it or they are just delaying it until I give up and delete the account which is really unfair

Update on Wednesday after you opened this case I received a phone call from a person from casino who is apparently my casino manager I explained to her I wouldn't be playing the casino again as I don't belive withdrawals work so imagine my reaction when I got a withdrawal of 400euros that evening, however the remaining 400 has now been declined 3 more times on the 36th hour of there withdrawal time frames, I spoke to customer service they gave me a link to sign up to a new mastercard when my mastercard works they already withdrew to it so they are delaying it, I think they only withdrew the first bit so they can say they have withdrew but I will attached all the rejected ones it's now took over 10 days to get 800 which is not a big amount this shouldn't happen I don't think they are a genuine casino I have 6 rejected withdrawals now on my screen and there's no reason for it they do this so people give up i don't think this should be allowed at all, I had 400 in my balance they took 75 euro tip which has gone to the manager that called me up so now only have 325 left this is the most crazy casino I have ever been on I highly think they are not genuine without a license they called me twice off a UK mobile number but they are not based in the UK with a license I hope someone can look into this

I have sent these over and sorry I didn't know about the 14 days as they say withdrawals take no longer than 36 hours but I think my issue is they reject the withdrawals after they say they have processed payment this is now an ongoing issue every day for 10 days saying payment system error

Hi thanks for the reply midnight wins have now paid the withdrawal amount after I complained multiple times and 6 rejections I told them I had put a complaint in and magic I was paid out later that evening

Thanks for all the responses on here I didn't give up getting my withdrawal liked they had hoped and have now since deleted my account with this casino after they kept calling my phone and emailing asking me why I haven't played on the site since very unprofessional emails

I hope nobody plays on this casino they have no license and called my 800 a big amount of money from there site which they obviously struggled to pay so I wouldn't bother
