I want to complain about midnight wins casino. I have submitted several withdrawal request over the past 2 weeks and they are usually approved after about 36 hours but then a few hours later I always get an email from them saying transaction was not accepted by my bank.
they only accept Mastercard and bitcoin withdrawals. I have used two different Mastercards in my name to withdraw and they are continually getting rejected by the bank.
I have contacted the casino numerous times and they tell me I just have to keep submitted and hopefully it will eventually work. They never gave me any other options to make a withdrawal.
the maximum I can withdraw each time is £400.
this is totally ridiculous.

Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.
Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings? What about the possibility to withdraw your winnings via Bitcoin?
