I have tried to withdraw for a couple of days now - firstly I couldn’t withdraw as they hadn’t reviewed my driving licence and now I can’t get into the withdrawal page as the safer gambling team have put a temporary block on my account. I have requested the chat numerous times and 1 person came back to me and said well done for my winnings but I can’t get anyone to talk to or reply to mefilefilefilefile

I would just like to go into the area to withdraw

Since when are you trying to verify yourself? Was there any documents which the casino requested from you since then? Did you try to contact them by e-mail too?

Note that it will probably take much longer to verify and process the withdrawal that's why we always recommend to wait at least 14 days to do it.

I had to send in my driving licence to be verified for ID and they have come back to confirm that it has been accepted. They are just not answering on the chat or email for me to be able go into the withdrawal section - it comes up with start chat which I have done numerous times now

If your documents were approved, I believe it is only matter of time before you would be able to withdrawal. If they would not allow it or wouldn't respond you until the end of the week, we will intervene - until then please keep us updated.
