MelBet Casino - The player's account got blocked.

About a year ago, during the withdrawal of funds from MelBet, my page was blocked. I provided them (SB) by e-mail with all the documents that they asked for, even sent them copies of such documents, but the account is blocked and it is still not possible to withdraw money.
