I can not use my phone number for verification. They dont send me sms code to log in on another device or withdraw money. After contact support and send all the doccument they required, include my ID card, my screenshot my phone number, my last deposit, they say my information in my ID card not same with the information that I input when sign up. Because in Vietnam, gambling is illegal so I input the wrong ID number but my full name, my phone number, my bank account is correct, and I did send them my ID card, but they refused it. My account was still depositing and withdrawing normally before, but the problem only happened after I won big, currently they are holding more than 500usd from me.

Could you please advise if the casino advised you to input a different ID number? How much did you deposit there in total? Is your account currently still open? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that registering with fake details (no matter what's the law in your country) is strictly against the casino terms and they have every right to close your account and void any winnings.

I input the different ID number because I think its not important.

I deposited about 500usd, but I withdraw already, just cant log in on another device and I am not sure that I can withdraw money next time or I lost my phone.

My account is still available on my old device.

The last time I spoke to the casino is 2 days ago.

I input the wrong number, then I sent the picture of my ID card already, If this can not solve, please use this as my review for this casino.

Hello vpaladino945,

Unfortunately by entering fake details at registration there is nothing we can do as it is strictly against the terms and conditions and it is not entirely up to the casino whether they block your account with your winnings or allow you to play.

Please never ever register with false details otherwise it will all end the same way.
