This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Thank you for your reply, bowietodd21. Could you please advise when exactly you made the last successful withdrawal? Did you use the same withdrawal method in the past?

I successfully withdrew money using Bank transfer in the past, but since February 16, I have not been able to withdraw money, and Megapari made an appointment for me 24 hours later. After 24 hours, when I log in again, the option to withdraw money via Bank transfer is no longer available and they reported due to system error. They instructed me to deposit money and try to withdraw via MomoPay QR. Yesterday I tried but still could not withdraw. This morning I tried to withdraw a smaller amount via MoMoPay QR and it was successful but after that I could not withdraw again. again. This is clearly a withdrawal, but MegaPari intentionally delayed it so that I could burn all my account. (73m is now only 41m, I know this is my fault but I don't agree with this way of working)
