Yes my account was verified after submitted documents. I communicated with the megapari security team . And they ask me to provide documents. And i provide every document which needs to verify. At last they send me mail date- 18 Feb 2023

-bet cancellation;

-closure of the customer’s account;

-filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.


The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.

We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company.

Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.

All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.

You can withdraw the deposited sum only.


Then i see in my account my winning are deducted only deposit amount are available. I widrwal my last funds date 18 Feb 2023. Now they are not replaying me. I never thought megapari will do this type fraud. I hope you understand.

I am come here for solution. I am upset about unfair decision of security team. After winning i didn't get my payout. Then why we play and lost money in this type of fraud Curacao licensed platform. I never violate any policy and rules. But they blocked my account without any particular reason. I know very well how megapari fraud people's. After received enough evidence from the casino and also you admitting that you have used a 3rd party payment method in order to deposit/withdraw from the casino, we will be forced to reject the complaint.

Please keep in mind that you can use only your own provider and own funds in every single online casino otherwise they will just confiscate your balance and close your account permanently as it is against their terms and conditions.
