Hello , i am able to log into my megapari account, but i could not make a ticket if i said yes. I have made a complaint couple of months ago where u helped me. I have played on megapari for 3 months and the last couple of weeks when i win i can never withdraw , only 2 times small amounts. And when i contact support they first say i have to verify my new card, it is verified now, but then i could only withdraw 1 time small amount, and support always say wait 12 hours we have problem. After 12 hours they say wait 12-24 hours. Always the same. I think they can see when they reject my withdraw, they can see i keep playing and usually loose. This day i have tried to make 10 withdrawals on different amount. Only 1 time it was accepted on the small amount of 900 dkk... Please help me . I just want to be able to withdraw so easy as deposit. It cant be true this is a problem so often

Every time i try it get rejectet and when i ask support they just say they have tech issues. But i have no problem deposit with visa, only when i withdrawal. And they just say wait and wait, and every time i wait they just say wait 12 or even 24 hours more. Am

It says declined by operator ( payment processing error) but i find it funny when i have tried small amount 2 times i could do it .. but whatever amount i try now it is rejectet

Hello i was able for 2 days ago to make 1 withdrawal again after many attempts. And now i won 10.000 dkk again and i have been trying to withdraw the last 12 hours again and i cant. I contact live support and they say just wait 24 hours and contact us again if it not works.... It says again declined by operator prosseing error... It does that every time i win a large amount , and then i cant withdrawel for at couple of days and usually i end up losing my money because of that

And i have today tried 3 times... I cant understand every time i win i get this problem. I need to contact live support and they give no answer, just wait and wait, i contact email and they just said wait and when i ask how long and why they just get rude and say they have answered me.. i just want not to use 2-3 days writing and writing to get my money out. It is funny every time u get my deposit there are never a problem, it is the same operators u use to that. Please fix my problem . U earn enough money on me already

Now i got answer that my card is blocked by megapari . I find that very strange. I can still deposit. I could 1 time withdrawel, and i got told on mail 3 days ago my card was approved. I send u screenshot on the answer i got and that i have now Send ( again ) all my passport, prove of card from my bank( pdf file) because it is virtuel, and pictures of me with passport and me where they can see it is my megapari account.. i am very very sad i get threated like this, i have been playing there for 3 months and the have earned alot of money of me... So i hope now they fix it so i can keep playing and getting my money

I have just got this answer from megapari on mail, and i called my bank and they have not blocked anything. So now i have no other options to withdrawel through jeton which is a pain in the as.... So much trouble

And now i told the megapari security team that my bank havent blocked anything on my visa card , they just send me this email twice. I keep asking if they would fix it. But they just not wanna help me.

Regarding your card ending in 7085, we contacted our Security Department to clarify the situation. We are pleased to inform you that your card has been successfully verified on our end. However, it appears that your card is currently blocked. We suggest you try to withdraw your funds again using the verified card.

I have withdrawal with jeton wallet yes. I have not tried again to withdrawel with visa card, i will try that soon and give u an answer. But i am still very sorry to have got so much trouble, i could have been withdrawel more money if i had no problems, but i lost some of them. Could i get a promo code for all that trouble.... I am a good costomor and i have got so much trouble
