I have a big problem with megabet .

I did well in gambling and one some money. I made a deposit 20 and withdrawal about 95 euro. I won in sports bets and casino and over 220 euros inside. They asked for verification. After a while my account was the verified. Then I asked for a withdrawal of all my money because they limited my account. Then they said that my account is under contol of sport fraud. I was losing and winning money the whole time. When they were convinced that I had nothing to do with sports fraud they discovered something else. Told me that I logged in from many countries so I use VPN or share my account with others. I explained that I don't know how to use VPN and I don't have this tool in my mobiles and I never left my city for 5 years. I also never shared my account. I use only three mobiles. One employer opened my account security for 5 minutes and I was able to take a picture from my logins. There you can see that only three IPS were locked in and all from Greece. Now they claim that I have made logins from Germany without providing any proof. They also tried to buy me was €20 which is my deposit money so I can be satisfied. I explained to them that this money my account is mine. I will provide you with all the photos of our communication.

I have more photos with our communication or I can forward my last email which concludes all today's conservation.

Thank you for your response. Yes all my mobiles belong to me.I have one main which I changed during the bets because it broke down and one which I use like a tablet. I use only my Wi-Fi from my house, the data from the main mobile and sometimes I make hotspot from the main mobile to the second one. I checked the bets and casino history before they locked me down and all the games were from me. There are only three IPS which can be seen in the picture. My account has been verified.

they also proposed to give me back the deposit money. If I had done something so wrong would they be willing to propose that something like that? They would just close my account.

After 2 withdrawals ,they closed my account. First they accused me of sports fraud. When I asked for proof, they told me that I used VPN. I never used this and I don't know what it is. Then they decided that i signed in from many countries and different IP and that I share my account. I showed them a picture from their own side that I had logged in only from Greece from 3 IPs ,my mobiles and they still told me that I logged in from an other country without any proofs. You can see the screenshot,I have sent it a few days agoAt last they offered me 20 eu , which was my initial deposit to satisfy me. I had 220 in my account, so I denied. My account is closed now and I lost 220 euros.
