hello yes its my first withdrawal in this casino and the casino is not answer me for 1 week and they have never answered me and my withdrawal was cancelled april 14 after my request withdrawal april 12 ans i have waited 5 days before april 12 for to wait my documents checked so normaly its 1 day with cresus casino... and of course i have con tacted them for this issue and nothing for 1 week thank you to force this casino scam to pay my winnings and for protect other player you can add magical spin in black list a casino honest and serious dont do that becaus ewith cresus casino neve r1 problem in 9 years best regards
