The player from Portugal submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

However, he didn't get the whole amount because the casino refused to pay him the value of the bonus (€1000) for various nonsensical reasons. Although the casino had no UKGC license, the player was still able to get a deposit bonus and to play with it. After completing its wagering requirments, the value of the bonus was not paid to the player and the Magical Spin casino failed to provide any supporting evidence to validate their claim. So far, they have not yet provided any official statement.
