On 24.10.2024, I received free spins. From these spins, I managed to win over 1000 PLN. The wager requirement was x45. Imagine, I met this requirement. There was over 52,000 PLN. The casino was supposed to have around 46,000 PLN, and the rest for me. The amount for me was about 6400 PLN. I made a withdrawal request for 2500 PLN - that's their limit. The withdrawal was denied. They said I broke the rules because I played once with a higher bet - it was 10 PLN. With their bonus, you can bet a maximum of 9 PLN. I pressed 10 PLN by accident once, and a message appeared saying it wasn't allowed, so I didn't play. They claim I played at that stake. I didn't win anything at that stake. I feel cheated because if they believe I broke the bonus rules, why did they allow me to continue playing? After all, according to them, I wouldn’t have been able to withdraw the money anyway. They just wanted to increase their balance. Their rules are very unfair and harmful. How, after such a completed wager, can they refuse a payout because they say I once bet at a higher stake on which I didn't win anything anyway? In another casino of theirs, Luckybird, I won 680 PLN - they refused the payout, claiming that I had a bonus during the game and exited the game. That's absurd. Who in their right mind would exit a bonus game? It's truly a tragedy. Please help, I'd like to recover the winnings from Magic365. I struggled so much. I played for one and a half days to build that balance and withdraw the surplus. I requested the withdrawal on 25.10.2024, and it was then canceled.
