The player from the United Kingdom had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hadn't been received yet. The Complaints Team had advised the player to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal, as such delays could be due to unfinished KYC verification or high volumes of withdrawal requests. The team had extended the response time by 7 days, but the player failed to respond. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

seen a lot of bad reviews online , been on live chat to them and not had any reassurance, no email to say it’s being processed. Worrying me a lot
