I withdrew £450 on the 21/2/2025.

I've been pressing them on live chat and just kept getting the same generic copy and paste messages back.

I went o logon today to check and it says user denied. I went on live chat and asked why and they said upper management decision.

I asked about my withdrawal and they replied, I have no information on this matter and then I said, so I aren't going to receive my withdrawal and then the live chat closed and now I can't go back on live chat. So I've been blocked on it.
