On 7th October i withdrew funds. Have been told intially 21 working days to await funds. Everyday after this i have messaged to their support email and also their chat agents. They always tell me, delay is due to the volume of payments processing bla bla bla and palm me off. Iam a fully verified account and did not play with bonus funds.Please help.

No i have not received any previous winnings. Its a small enough amount and to be honest i wasnt impressed with them when gaming so i just withdrew my money to go elsewhere. They are rude and i will continue to chase them daily. Appreciate your help on this one.
