The player from India is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player). We’ve rejected this complaint in our system due to lack of evidence.
The platform is really bad.Games will hang after every 8-10 spins as if they are trying to take away wins whenever you are about to get them(of course i did not get any).
Many providers like relax gaming not available. Too many good games unavailable.
Do not be fooled by 200% deposit bonus, its just a gimmick. I ended up loosing it all sooner in the very first day, games will just keep collecting & collecting.

The casino games keep pausing in between, these is a delay if like 5 seconds after 7-8 rounds as if some code was calculating a payout & reversing tiles based on it.
I have experienced it first hand, hence I am sharing for benefit of other players. Do not forget this is the same casino which had organization issues in past due to payouts.
If you feel other players should not be made aware about this, please feel free to ignore my complaint.
