i think its better for me to write english to not make it difficult for you. the second try to withdraw they said to make a bank wire and i will have not issues, now they told me about a bitcoin account for alternative faster solution but i dont want my money in bitcoins and i dont even know if its true either. this is sure not a trust casino cause they make up things everyday for such a small ammount. i hope i get an answer from someone because accounting team doesn't answer and live support give different answers everyday.
