Hello.I have a simple problem with this casino, requiring simple solution, but the support in this casino is extremely unhelpful, so I hope casino guru can help me.I deposited 92 euros with Bitcoin in this site which was not credited in my account.The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain, however not on the casino side.I showed them the transaction, but the support gives me generic replies that the transaction was denied and will be automatically returned to my balance and to contact my bank regarding this which is ridiculous.I tried explaining to them this is Bitcoin, not a bank, I showed them screenshot with the confirmed transaction but clearly they do not know how cryptocurrencies work.Can you help me sort this out - I can send screenshot with the transaction or upload it here

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Hello and thank you for reply.As I said this is Bitcoin transaction that has been confirmed on the blockchain and it has been processed.There is no payment provider.The transaction reached the crypto wallet of the casino.I don’t know why it is not in my casino account and support is not helpful, so this is why I am contacting your site, so that you can reach the casino.I hope that you can help!

Based on our experience crediting a lost deposit may take up to 14 days or in some cases even more. If it's been less time, we can do nothing to make the process faster as the casino has a standard procedure to do so. Can you please advise when did this exactly happen?
