I withdrew $200 on 24/08/2024,it always takes 3 days to get approval,on 27/08 I checked withdrawal and found it had been cancelled,with no email to explain why ,as you do I thought I would spin 50 of it ,and managed to up my balance to just over 1000.i withdrew max which is 750,another 3days and that was also declined and no email from finance to explain why and how to fix what ever problem was ,when I spoke to live chat all they could keep saying was it was declined by my payment provider?and that it wasn't them,I checked with my bank, who assured most defiantly no deposit attempt had been made ,I withdrew again the 750,which was once again was declined another 3 days later on 02/09,still no email from finance with any explanation, and live chat once again would not give me any straight answers to why saying

I needed to wait for it to be reviewed again,I have made many withdrawals I'm fully verified didn't have a bonus and was hoping you could maybe help with it not being held up again,my close mate has been getting same thing from lunu but ended up spinning and losing it after 2x declined withdrawals,hopefully hear back soon

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

all withdrawals I have done at lunubet have been approved in the 3days and then in account next day,I haven't had a problem until now ,and seems strange that friend who is also lunu member with many withdrawals,also has had all requests declined,no explanation

if I don't get it in next 3 days I'll get back to you as that will be 15 days and 4-5 declined

they finally did pay up,it's great to know there is someone to bat for us if unable to resolve issues with casinos not paying which im sure everyone has incountered at some stage .thanks for help guru ,legend!
