We had advised her that withdrawals could take some time to process, possibly due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. We had asked for her patience and cooperation with the casino. After extending the response time by 7 days, the player did not respond, and we were unable to investigate further. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

Been trying to get my withdrawl they told me I would have it after 24 hours ,still has not happened when I contact them ..no one can seem to help me.i just get the run around
